In most situations, the first step for many of us in deciding what to do is to make a list. Whether we’re trying to prioritize our individual to-do’s, or brainstorming product ideas with a team, the act of opening a document and listing potential options is native to how we work.
In order to fit more natively into this workflow that many of us share, we’ve redesigned decision creation to easily generate Condorsay decisions from lists created in any document editor, including our own! Creating a decision in Condorsay is now as easy as copying and pasting any list from your favorite document editor, which dramatically reduces the time necessary to create and prioritize decisions with your team.
Our lists feature accommodates simple lists with multiple options, or hierarchical lists with options and reasons (previously known as “binary choice decisions”):
We hope that this new feature will allow you to get more value out of Condorsay by making every list an opportunity to prioritize with clarity, alignment, and focus.
Finally, we are looking to build longer-term partnerships with a few fast-growing startups to help structure their decision-making in a research-backed way that preserves cultural values and avoids the risks of groupthink, confusion, and misalignment that are common in fast-growing teams. If you know of any companies that might be a good fit, please let us know!
If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, please reply to this email!
With gratitude,
